Yin Yoga has physical, emotional, mental and energetic effects on us. We hold lower and upper body poses for an extended period of time. We stretch, contract, twist and put pressure on our muscle areas. And the stimulation goes much deeper into our fascial system, our ligaments, joints and even bones…

Once relaxed in a pose, the silence and calmness is meant to triggers certain thoughts and emotions to come to the surface. We allow everything to come and we act like an observer of our own bodies and minds. Strengthening the mind-body link we tune into the sensations that come after each passing minute of holding the pose…

During the practice we pay attention and use our breath as a tool to smoothen out this process of physical, emotional and mental release and gradually calming our minds…

That calmness of the mind can further enrich our practice by allowing our attention to go even deeper into the energetic benefits of a Yin practice. With time, we begin to feel the energy circulating within us and we can learn to guide it and  benefit our well-being…

 

Meet your Teacher

Hi, I’m Justyna. And I would love to start a Breathwork and Yin Yoga journey with you.

Teaching Yin Yoga is a truly joyful experience and has become an opportunity for me to enrich the world with tiny drops of love, compassion and understanding for each other.

For my sequences, I take inspiration from everyday life and interweave the insights and practices of all ancient traditions and also the more modern twists, as all of them represent useful tools.

It does not matter where your beliefs lie. For me, intention stands above all. My intention and your intention can lead to only one outcome – embracing your inner healing, filled with individual experiences, the good and the more challenging ones.

My classes last between 75 to 90 minutes. We start with Breathwork and we continue with few poses reflecting the theme of the class.

I have received training from José de Groot and I continue to be guided by inspirational people who cross my path.

Would you like to try a class?

I give classes of Breathwork and Yin Yoga in a cozy, small room for 5 students in Rotterdam. 
Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket to snuggle yourself up.
Tuesdays : 19.00 -20.15 (can last a bit longer)
Saturdays : 10.00 -11.15 (can last a bit longer)

FIRST CLASS IS FREE
